How We Work

Get in touch & describe your project. Share as much information as possible. Often we do a site visit to meet you personally and to get an idea of the context.

Setup the Brief & Costing

Based on the information provided we prepare the cost based on the design.

Manufacturing

Pay the deposit and manufacturing starts. Standard lead times range between 4 to 8 weeks depending on the scale and complexity of the project.

Technical & Rendering

We prepare technical documentation & 3D renderings to show you what the design will look like.

Delivery & Installation

After manufacturing is completed we deliver and install your custom made items for you to enjoy.

Personal Service

We are old school. We believe design is very personal. We provide a very personal experience throughout the design and manufacturing process.

At the heart of WOON lies the belief that ultimate sustainability is grounded in good design with high quality materials that will last generations. To keep this tradition alive we use of sustainably sourced hardwoods from sustainable forests. We primarily use American White Oak & African Brown Kiaat due to its availability.
